Executive Foundation Executive Director

POSITION: Appointed by the newly elected Board

GENERAL DUTIES:
a) Call and preside over all Foundation meetings
b) Get Foundation Assistants approval towards its goal of 60/40 split in grants and have Assistants sign the grant application form
c) Inform grant applicant recipient of grant and issue check
d) Arrange the October Annual Report, for the October General Meeting (cover activities and business for the preceding year and make recommendations for the upcoming year)
e) Ensure that the Foundation’s financial records are in order

GAME NIGHT:
a) Collect Foundation share of 50-50 raffle and any other Foundation fund raising
b) Deposit same in the Foundation bank account

BOARD MEETING:
a) Give report of updates
b) Present all grant applications to the Board for approval
c) Have Exec Club Board member (usually the President) sign the grant application form

GENERAL MEETING:
a) Verbally give report of updates
b) Prepare written report for monthly Newsletter

BOOSTER BUCKS:
One per month. One for each Assistant per month
