POSITION: Elected by the Booster Club Members at a General Meeting

GAME NIGHTS
Be available to the Booster Club for general supervision over the business and affairs of the Club

GENERAL/BOARD MEETING DUTIES
Preside over all the meetings of the Club

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Prepare the Annual Report, to be read at the October General Meeting, covering the activities and business of the Club for the ensuing year
b) Perform all duties as directed by the General Membership
c) Ex Officio member of all committees, except the Nominating Committee
d) Appoint a Sergeant at Arms to assist the President in keeping order
e) Appoint a Historian to keep a history of all Club functions (photos, albums, scrapbooks, etc.)
f) Appoint a Parliamentarian who shall assist the President in insuring Constitutionality of all actions and keep an ongoing record of attendance for election qualification purposes
g) Appoint a Chairperson for the Awards Committee who will track The Nancy Milliman Players Incentive Award
h) Appoint a Chairperson for the Awards Committee who will track The Booster Club Active Member Awards
i) The Booster Club Active Member Awards are selected at the April General Meeting. Active Members are determined by the Game Night sign-up sheets and attended Booster Club functions. The Awards Chairman will provide the President with the names for the drawing, to be picked at the General Meeting. The person selected, MUST be in attendance at the General Meeting. The President will arrange for the gift, with the approximate value of $15.00.
j) President signature is required on Exec Foundation grant application which is done at the Board Meeting
